Following her move into acting, she took on an important role in the American action movie Transformers Dark of the Moon. It was the 3rd installment in the Transformers movie series. The film was an enormous commercial success and earned more than $1 billion. The film was also nominated for multiple Oscars. A few years later, she appeared on screen in Mad Max Fury Road. This film was successful commercially, allowing her to move from just being a fashion model to acting. She has won several prizes throughout her career, including the Elle Style Award as Model of the Year 2009 and the Harper Bazaar Women of the Year Award in 2014 and 2016.
